A plumbing website has one job, and it is not to look good. It is to turn a person standing in a flooded kitchen into a phone call within about twenty seconds.
Your phone number is not a button
Written as plain text, a number has to be memorised and typed. As a tappable link it becomes one touch. Put it in the header, in the hero, and fixed at the bottom of the screen on mobile.
You do not say where you work
Someone searching at midnight needs to know in one glance whether you cover their neighbourhood. List the areas by name. It answers the question and it is exactly what local search needs to connect you to those searches.
Nothing says you are available now
If you take emergency calls, say the hours in real text, not inside an image. "24/7 emergency call-outs" above the fold does more than any amount of design.
No reason to trust you
Licence number, insurance, years working, a handful of real reviews. A stranger is about to let you into their home at 2 AM. Give them a reason to pick you over the next result.
