Here is a test that costs nothing. Open your website on your phone, hand it to someone who does not know what you do, and count to five. Then take it back and ask them three questions.
What does this person sell?
If the answer is vague, your headline is doing nothing. "Welcome to my website" and "Your real estate partner" are not answers. "I sell homes in Laureles and Envigado" is.
Where do they work?
Real estate is local and your site should say so above the fold. A city name in the headline does more for your search ranking and your credibility than an entire About page.
What am I supposed to do now?
If they hesitate, your call to action is buried or competing with four other buttons. One button, high on the page, saying exactly what happens when they tap it.
Why this works
Nobody reads a website. They scan it, decide in a few seconds whether it is worth more attention, and leave if it is not. Every optimisation you do below the fold is worth less than fixing the first screen. Fix the first screen first.
