Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Easy Pro Digital, a digital agency operating remotely. By subscribing to our membership plans or using our services, you agree to the following clauses:

1. Services Provided
   Easy Pro Digital offers digital development and marketing services under a monthly subscription model. Services include web development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, SaaS solutions, and AI integrations (available in Semi-Senior and Senior plans). Hosting and one domain are included in all active memberships. DevOps is included in Semi-Senior and Senior plans.
2. Access to Professionals
   The client will have access to professionals according to their chosen plan:
   – Junior: basic websites, landings, pre-designs.
   – Semi-Senior: MVP development, small automations, simple mobile apps, basic AI.
   – Senior: complex projects, SaaS platforms, advanced mobile apps, AI-powered scalable solutions.
3. Payments
   Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. Cash payments, wire transfers, or alternative methods outside Stripe are not accepted. Prices may change with a minimum notice of 30 days.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   The client may cancel within the first seven (7) days of the billing cycle. In such case, the client will be charged for the days used plus 20% of the total monthly fee as administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded. After the seventh day, cancellation applies only to future billing cycles, and no refunds will be issued for the current month.
5. Client Responsibilities
   The client must provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery. Delays or failures in providing such information may affect deadlines, and Easy Pro Digital will not be responsible for resulting delays.
6. Intellectual Property
   All deliverables created for the client under a paid membership are the sole property of the client once full payment has been received. Easy Pro Digital retains the right to use internal tools, libraries, and methodologies developed independently for other projects.
7. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the collaboration.
8. Comparative Value
   The client acknowledges that Easy Pro Digital offers services that combine affordability with the reliability of a multidisciplinary team, providing greater scalability and continuity compared to freelancers, and more cost efficiency than traditional agencies.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Easy Pro Digital shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last billing cycle.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Delaware.
11. Amendments
    Easy Pro Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified with reasonable notice, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
